Term and Condition

Quick Guide

Based on the experience we have gained over the one year or so, we have drafted out this guide for the convenience of our customers and us. Do take time to read to avoid any unnecessary displeasure after you have ordered from us. 

Payment Guide

Mode of Payment
Internet bank transfer, ATM transfer, ATM deposit,Cash deposit, Meet-Up for payment.

Internet Bank Transfer
We do accept internet bank transfer if you have ani-banking account to start with.Do take a screenshot of your transaction or inform luxurysenses once you made your payment. We will get back to you within 5 working days once we have verified that we have received your payment.
ATM transfer 
We do accept ATM transfer if you have ATM card and sufficient funds to do a transaction. We will be providing you with our bank account number once you have decided to make payment. Do take a photo or scan your receipt and post it on luxurysenses facebook or email to luxurysenses@hotmail.sg.We will get back to you within 5 working days once we have verified that we have received your payment. 

ATM deposit 
We do accept ATM deposit. We will be providing you with our bank account number once you have decided to make payment. Do take a photo or scan your receipt and post it on luxurysensesfacebook or email to luxurysenses@hotmail.sg.We will get back to you within 5 working days once we have verified that we have received your payment. 
If you have transferred more than what is needed, we will transfer the change to your bank account, or mail it with your items (if you have chosen to mail your items to your residential address), or meet up to collect your change (strongly discouraged) unless you are considering to meet up for collection of your items (only at lakeside MRT station).

Cash Deposit 
We do accept cash deposit. We will be providing you with our bank account number once you have decided to make payment. You are required to enter the bank and make a cash deposit at the counter. We will provide you with our full name as it is necessary in order to make a cash deposit. Do take a photo or scan your receipt and post it on luxurysensesfacebook or email to luxurysenses@hotmail.sg.We will get back to you within 5 working days once we have verified that we have received your payment. 


Meet-Up for Payment 
We accept meet up for payment only at Lakeside MRT Station. A receipt will be given upon receiving your cash payment; you have to keep the receipt until the items arrive.


Concealed Cash 
We do not accept any form of concealed cash. As we are not responsible if the cash does not reach us, in cases where the post office misplaces it. Therefore, in order to avoid such inconvenience, we do not want to take the risk to propose concealed cash to any customers.  

Given the fact that there are many payment methods, if any of the customers are unable to make payment due to one reason or two, we strongly discouraged that you purchase from luxurysenses.

Preorder
We make orders to our supplier, every 1st  of the month and 15th of the month. 
In total, there would be two orders made within a month. Customers are strongly encouraged to place their orders and make their payment 1 day before the order dates. 
Failure to do so, in cases where customers did not inform luxurysenses about their payment; did not order and pay; order and did not pay and so on, we will put the customers’ order to the next order date.


We do not keep instocks as we are unsure of what items will sell and what items will not and also to minimize space use. In order to bring down the cost, we source for suppliers overseas and offer to our customers the lowest price we can afford.

We post up pictures of the items we are selling. We will only order the items if the customer orders and make payment before our order dates.

 We do not accept request of ordering customer’s items where no payment is made. This is because we had customers backing out in the last minutes, with no payment made and left many instocks with us. Therefore, with no payment, we do no orders for customers.

Waiting time 
Waiting time is 14 to 21 days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
That is, your real actual waiting time including weekends, will be roughly around 3 to 6 weeks. As our suppliers and shipping company do not work on weekends and public holidays, therefore we did not include the weekends and public holidays.

 The reason for weeks of shipping duration is due to the fact that we have used sea shipping which takes around 15 days to reach Singapore (excluding restocking time which may take 1 to 2 weeks). Sea shipment is a cheap shipping option for us to provide a lower item price for customers.

 Whereas air shipment is double the cost of sea shipment, yet takes only 5 days to reach Singapore (excluding restocking time which may take 1 to 2 weeks). This may translate to a higher cost to customers and deter customers from buying from us.
Therefore, our main shipping option has always been sea shipment.

However if customers are urgent with their ordered items, they may make a request with us, and the additional air shipment fee will be handled by the customers.

To customers who are blogshop sellers and want to get supplies from us 
Every items which we have posted are available and we welcome blogshop owners to get supplies from us at an affordable rate, that is lower than our selling price. 
Our supply rates vary with items. Please email/Pm luxurysenses for more details. 

To customers who do bulk purchases. 

Bulk purchases refer to buying more than 5 (quantity) of the same item at a time. You will get a 5% or 10% discount of the total bill depending on the quantity and items. 

E.g. 5 Reversible Jackets (checkered) = $22 x 5 = $110 
Therefore, a 5% will be $110 – 5% = $110 - $5.50 =$104.50. 

Terms and Conditions
Only by agreeing to the terms and conditions above, will you then be able to order (with payment) with Luxurysenses. This is to ensure a fuss-free shopping experience with us. 

Refund Policy
Since customers have made orders with us, customers have agreed to the terms and conditions we have provided.  
- Customers cannot demand refund from us when orders have been made to suppliers. 
- In cases where your good is out-of-stock, you can select an alternative or ask for refund. 
- Customers should have a valid stand about having a refund. Invalid reasons include customers do not want to buy the item anymore, blackmailing luxurysenses to be blacklisted if no refund is given, impatience to wait, and so on. 

Luxurysenses has been opened for business for more than a year, do trust us with the experience we have gained over the months and our promise to deliver you the items you have ordered. 

Luxurysenses understand most of our customers are teenagers. Should you be under 18 and would want to make an order with us, please consult your parents’ permission. We would not be responsible for a refund if your parents disallow you to purchase any item online. Nevertheless, if your parents do not trust online shops and you have always been keen to buy something from us, do ask your parents to read this page and our testimonials. We would not like to pick up parents’ phone call for any unreasonable demands or enquiries on our ways of carrying out business. To keep Luxurysenses to work on a long term, we will not risk doing any illegal activities which may damage our reputation. 

We would like this shopping experience to be an enjoyable one for everyone.


Collections
Registered mail, Normal mail, Mass Meet up and Private collection 

Registered mail (strongly encouraged) 
You have to provide us with your residential address. Upon mailing out your items, tracking code will be given to you. You have proceed to http://www.singpost.com/ to track your items. Items will be delivered to your doorstep by the postman. Please note that you have pay extra charge for this mode of collection.  
Normal mail (strong discouraged for big items) 
You have to provide us with your residential address. Once we have mailed out your items, we will inform you. Items will be delivered to mailbox, just like the way PUB send utility bills or Starhub/Singtel/M1 send phone bills. Should the items do not fit the mailbox; Postman might probably place it somewhere near your mailbox. If the items get lost due to the above reason, we will definitely not be responsible.


Mass meet up 
Mass meet up will be organized once items reached us. Information will be sent to those involved customers. Meet up place is Lakeside MRT station (East-West Line)/ Opp Lakeside MRT station @ BLK 517F void deck across the bridge.

Transportation by bus: 98, 98M, 187, 154, 180, 240, 246

Private Meet Up 
Private meet up will be determined by those involved customers who could not make it for mass meet up. There will not be any extra charges if you meet at Lakeside MRT station (East-West Line)/ Opp Lakeside MRT station @ BLK 517F void deck across the bridge. However if you choose to do a meet up at your convenience (strongly discouraged), extra charges will be implemented. 

*We strongly discouraged last minutes back out once we have decided on the meet up time and place.*

If your items are too expensive to be delivered via registered mail, we would suggest a meet up instead. If you are unable to collect light items several times or for a period of time or we are at an inconvenience to travel to your place, we would strongly encouraged you to opt for registered mail instead. 


Penalties
To minimize space use, if items are uncollected for a period of 5 months, items will be put for sale and no refund will be given. Otherwise, please arrange a meet up appointment as soons as possible. 

Should any customer back out meet up in the last minutes/ forgetting meetups for more than 3 times, customer has to bear the responsibility and opt for registered mail instead. Otherwise, please be on time and keep your promise with the meet up appointment.
